Documentation: Moving Forward

Hand in hand with the development of Reflex Enterprise v9.9, the accompanying Help and Training Documentation also underwent a complete update. Three changes in this area are worth noting. Firstly, all support documentation is now standardized in look, layout, and content organization. This aids the end user in getting a feel for where to source answers efficiently. Secondly, the Help Documentation has been imbedded within the software modules themselves. This allows for quick access to information relating specifically to that job function. And finally, if the answer being sought is not found within the provided documentation, there is a hotlink to email an inquiry directly to the Reflex Support Desk for assistance. That inquiry will then be added within the next version of the Help Documentation.

Help documentation is now available within each software module for that particular module.
