Software: Windows 7 & Server 2008/R2
Microsoft is pushing forward with their next round of product offerings. Windows 7, the successor to Vista, was released to the general public in October. Reflex adopted this upgrade early and has found that it has a better feel over Vista and works seamlessly with our new Enterprise DotNet release.
Microsoft has also just released Server 2008/R2 (Release 2). Though this release does not affect any clients directly, those of you who are still running Server 2003, 2005, and 2008 may want to consider moving straight to this newest 2008/R2 version. As your operation migrates to the new DotNet framework, it will be mandatory that you upgrade to a newer version of Server as the older versions of SQL do not support the newer DotNet framework.
